Airstream Pub-tastic Drag Queen Fun Brixton Wedding

What I love about weddings is the sense of FUN my couples have and bring to the day. And no one have more fun together and with their friends and family than Gem & Mike. These two are a not stop laughing duo ... and boy was their wedding back in Feb (before snowmageddon!) one of the best. It had it all! Beautiful venue, great tasting food and drink and a full on drag queen DJ. They are still talking about this one xx

"From day 1, Dita was amazing in helping us to plan and co-ordinate our wedding day. From our first meeting (when we suddenly realised we actually didn't know where to start with a dry hire venue!) and in the build up to the big day- she was a font of knowledge and  inspired ideas- helping us navigate all the intricacies required with a sense of calm, yet the perfect amount of excitement that comes with planning a wedding! The day itself was INCREDIBLE, and we still have people saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to. There is no way we could have pulled off the day we had without Dita's skill, planning and direction, and it really was the Best Day Ever........"

Stylish & Rustic Winter Warming Street food London Wedding

Winter Weddings are lovely! I'm SO excited to share this stunning winter warming wedding with you all. One of the last weddings for me in 2017 in my favourite London venue Brixton East 1871. Ash & Paul came to me at the end of the previous year and it's been such a joy to plan their dream wedding with them.

The aim was to create a warm winter wonderful space with lots of nice tones. We added in dropdown antique filament bulbs on the ground floor and Worm London created the most beautiful green foliage for the tables and backdrop. For the tables, we came up with a rustic design of enamel plates, modern cutlery and glasses, together with mismatch vintage champagne saucers. Beautiful, rustic & informal.

All the way through it was packed with fabulous design features from the table plan through to video installation of vintage/pop culture weddings.. ended in the best wedding hashtag ever! #TFFTI - can you guess it? Thank F*** For The Internet. A nod to A&P's meeting through online dating. It can happen! :)

The whole day was packed with personal touches too, lots of details like Ash's handmade pop art name cards, personalised quiz, whiskey & cigar den, polaroid guest book station & special attention to absent relatives.

Besides from event management, I designed and sourced the tablescape, looked after all light & sound production, organised part of the catering, provided all drinks throughout, ran the bar and provided the event team.

Huge thanks to everyone involved in this epic last wedding of the year! Xx

"Hi Dita! It all feels like a bit of a dream, but the best dream ever! Thank you again so SO much for everything you did for us. It was such an incredible day - the best day of our lives - and a huge part of that was because of all your hard work. Thankyouthankyouthankyou. Really, thank you so much for everything, Dita. We couldn't have done it without you (seriously)! Lots of love, Ashley & Paul x"
