Personal, memorable & FUN events & weddings are my thing! You don’t have to have a massive budget to have a great party. You do need plenty of personal touches, lots of good vibes (music, entertainment, lighting), tasty food and drink (and lots of it!) and that, for me, makes a great celebration.  

My partial planning option is where I use all my knowledge and experience in the industry to make the event the best it can be and realise the vision (yours). This would be to help with all things food, bar operation, design or production.

Taking on planning a wedding is a big task, daunting even - especially if it’s in a dry hire venue. We LOVE dry hire spaces. The scope is endless! :) See me a bit like the professional ‘best friend’ to guide you through it all.

The elements you need me to work on are entirely up to you - it’s YOUR wedding after all! My partial planning service is bespoke and can be tailored to your individual needs. Through my trusted team of suppliers, I'll be able to take the stress off and make it the wedding of your dreams!

How it works is that you pay for our time, and not a % of the costs of your wedding, which makes you fully in control of your budget. Our services are tailored to your needs.

*Based on 1.5 planning days as a starting point + Up to 12hrs OTD coordination/management up to 11pm | Additional services like decor & styling package, mobile bar service, event team including assistants, late night pack down/get out + set up day is all available as add-on services.

FINAL PREP & OTD COORDINATION

On The Day Coordination is ideal for those with a dry-hire venue, lots of suppliers to manage and even more lovely details and want to ensure that the day runs without a hitch. It can’t be you. You are busy getting hitched 😊

We don’t just get involved a few weeks before the date, expect me & my team to be around from the beginning (We want to know what you are planning from the get-go!) and will always be there if needed for advice. With our personal, bespoke & fun approach, we work hard to make your day the best it can be. I'm your go-to person for anything you need (even just to have a good natter about it all), I’ll bring it all together, so your big day runs like clockwork.

I'll liaise with your suppliers, finalise logistic details, confirm timings and ensure nothing is overlooked. Once the day arrives we’ll be there to set up, decorate, manage your suppliers and make sure everything runs to schedule and that all the little things are taken care of throughout the day so you can relax and fully enjoy your big day with your fave celebration crew! :)

POW WOW PLANNING SESSIONS

This can be at the start of your journey, in the middle or right at the end. We’ll go through your plans & ideas in detail, you’ll get to ask me all the questions that you have, pick my brain for all the years & years of event knowledge that’s stored in there bursting to be shared!

After the session, I’ll produce an action plan, provide ideas & supplier knowledge - all with the aim for you to be confident that you will have a great planned event! That extra know-how & skills will make all the difference and take off mountains of stress. Who needs more of that, eh? :)

MINI, MICRO MARVELOUS WEDDINGS & VENUE SET UPS

Small doesn’t mean bad, right? :) - Looking to minuscule your wedding, and still have a great day? Yes, it’s totally possible! Of course, it is. Speak to me about how to turn your ideas and visions into the best day, smaller party, same amazing vibe… :)

You might just need a helping hand in styling your venue, setting it all up in the morning - when you can’t be there.

Starting guideline price is £650 - Bespoke quote provided after the first consultation

Starts at £150 for a two-hour zoom session. Extra hrs and on-location visits can be arranged too.
